Priced by home size, not the clock — book a cleaning only when you need one. Ideal for occasional listings, showings scheduled with plenty of notice, or repeat listings. Each rate includes a standard service window; extra time is billed at $30 per additional 30 minutes, confirmed before it's added.

One flat monthly rate covers cleaning before every showing — up to 10 per month — for as long as the home is listed. Priced to cost less than booking the same cleanings one at a time. Showings beyond 10 in a calendar month are billed at the standard Pay Per Showing rate for that package and home size.
